I studied with ISSA, where I obtained my certification for personal training. I am also a certified specialist in fitness nutrition.
Further, working for my local gym, I have obtained an additional strength and conditioning certification with ATARAXIA.
I have 9 years of serious experience with fitness. During this time, I experimented with A LOT of different training methods and learned something from each
one of them.
Currently, I do workouts that I enjoy and I stay in shape year round using the same strategies that I recommend to my clients. I still keep a healthy, active lifestyle and constantly try to learn new things. Because of this, I am now in the best shape of my life. My performance is constantly improving and I feel fantastic. I’m always finding new ways to improve myself and I enjoy every step of the process.
Now I want to help others because I know how much health and fitness can change someone’s life for the better. When people come to me and say : “I got the body I’ve always wanted”, “I’m much happier and in a good mood a lot more often!”, “More confident than I ever imagined”, “I feel great about myself”, “More energy! No more digestive issues and I threw away “X” pills!!” This is why I do this and what motivates me to see how many lives we can improve here at IG Fitness Training!
